In our fast-paced lives, we often neglect basic needs like breakfast or hydration, absorbed in endless emails and calls. This leads to a lack of awareness about our moment-to-moment experiences, bodily needs, and emotional triggers. Mindfulness, increasingly popular among successful individuals and even in clinical settings, addresses this. It's a convenient practice to learn, not requiring extensive time commitment. At the In-Me association in Berlin, simple yet effective techniques like breathing exercises, physical activities, mindfulness meditation, and NLP are taught, offering immediate, impactful results.

  • Techniques for increasing acceptance, patience, and non-judgmental observation
  • Breathing exercises to calm the mind and body
  • How to identify and what to do with automatic negative thoughts (ANTs)
  • Conscious daily activities, such as conscious walking, drinking coffee, or conscious eating
  • Guided visualizations for deepening meditative states
  • Setting goals to integrate mindfulness into your life
